Nestled within the densely wooded Zuka Hills, the lodge features just four individual thatched Zululand bush suites overlooking a nearby waterhole, creating an atmosphere that is both intimate and welcoming—like a private home in the wilderness. Perfect for families, small groups, or special gatherings, Phinda Zuka Lodge can be reserved exclusively for up to 10 guests or booked by the suite for more flexible travel. Guests can enjoy thoughtfully designed shared spaces, including an interactive café-style kitchen, indoor lounge and dining areas, a cozy library, and a swimming pool with an expansive wooden deck overlooking the surrounding bushveld.

With just four thatched Zululand bush suites, the intimate &Beyond Phinda Zuka Lodge is ideal for family gatherings and special occasion safaris. It can be booked as a sole-use use villa or for individual room bookings.

Each suite boasts a luxurious ensuite bathroom, complete with a circular bath chamber, double showers (indoor and outdoor) and twin hand basins. Comfortable lounge chairs on private decked verandas allow for gentle contemplation or even an afternoon siesta. Featuring one Family Suite, with a master suite, children’s bedroom and shared sitting area, the Family Suite is the ideal space to rest and reconnect.
