Day 1 – Welcome to Sydney
Welcome to Sydney! Upon arrival you will be transferred to your accommodation by private vehicle.

Day 2 – BridgeClimb
For those seeking excitement, the best view in town, and a special feeling of achievement, join the exhilarating climb of one of Sydney's most famous landmarks. On the thrilling and totally safe Bridge Climb adventure, you may ascend to the top of the Bridge and stand over 427 feet above sea level. The view is breathtaking and you'll also have a close encounter with one of Sydney's historical gems and an engineering wonder of the world. The pace of the climb is leisurely and follows stringent safety standards so you will feel comfortable throughout the experience.

Day 3 – Sydney Harbour Long Lunch Cruise
Your long lunch experience will begin with a welcome from your crew as you board the luxury cruiser, and depart for a surreal day out on Sydney Harbour. Soft drinks, sparkling wine, beer, still wine, tea, and coffee will be available from the moment you step on board. As you cruise past the world-famous landmarks including the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House the crew will be on hand to tell you about the past and modern-day history of the harbor. See Woolloomoolloo Bay, the home of the Australian Navy’s Sydney Base Garden Island, then venture further down the harbor cruising past Double Bay and Point Piper which are the locations of the most expensive homes in Sydney. Pass by Vaucluse for your appetizer and make the first stop at the renowned Doyles on the Beach at Watsons Bay. Disembark and head down the wharf to the restaurant where you will have a choice of appetizers and a selection of beverages to choose from. Return to the vessel to cruise past the opening of Sydney Heads, then go around Middle Head to enter Middle Harbour. Stop at the Balmoral Jetty where you will disembark again for your main course at the Balmoral Public Dining Room. Head up to Spit Bridge and beyond to see some amazing landscapes and homes perched on the cliffs of Sydney’s upper-class North Shore district. Enjoy delicious desserts and a cheese platter on board as you return back through Middle Harbour to the main harbor where you will see the Northern shores of Sydney Harbour. Cruise past Taronga Zoo and the prime minister’s house before disembarking back in the city.

Day 4 – Travel to Hobart
Your driver will meet you near the front lobby area of your accommodation. You will be transferred by private vehicle from the city to Sydney Airport where you will travel to Hobart. A private vehicle will meet you on arrival and transfer you to your accommodation.

Day 5 – Bruny Island Touring
Travel south along the shores of the River Derwent to the coastal town of Kettering. Only a short ferry ride from the mainland, but a world away, Bruny Island is a peaceful oasis where time seems to standstill. Enjoy a day of stunning scenery and indulge in quality local produce, such as locally created cheese and beer, freshly shucked oysters, chocolate and honey. Relax at an award-winning winery for a gourmet lunch. Explore Adventure Bay where Captain Cook set his feet on land and be stunned by spectacular views of roaring coastal swell and beautiful bays. The area abounds with local wildlife, including curious White Wallabies.

Day 6 – Hobart to Freycinet National Park
Please meet your driver in the designated area of your hotel for your transfer by private vehicle to Hobart Airport. You will be met in Hobart and transferred to Saffire Lodge.

Day 8 – Saffire Day at Leisure
Included in your Saffire accommodation is a broad range of activities that will offer innovative options for all styles of travelers and moods. These activities last from one to three hours and are your opportunity to engage and connect with this stunning location. From adventure to romance, rejuvenation to exploration, Saffire's activities add greater depth and dimension to your stay.
Tasmanian Devil Experience: This experience offers the rare opportunity to encounter Tasmanian devils in a natural setting, and to participate in the quest to save this endangered species from extinction. Led by a knowledgeable guide, visit Saffire's open-range Tasmanian devil enclosure, where you'll meet some of the resident population of Tasmanian devils and observe them as they feed and interact. Hear the story of the crucial effort to find a cure for Tasmanian Devil Facial Tumour Disease -the rare and contagious cancer that is threatening the devil's survival. You'll also have the chance to contribute to Saffire's management and observation of their devil population by participating in a visual health inspection of the devils.
Freycinet Marine Oyster Farm: Slip on a pair of waders and visit a working oyster farm located in a beautiful setting within an internationally significant wetland and ornithological site. Develop an understanding for wetland and marine ecology, plus a taste for prized Pacific oysters.
Freycinet Walks: Freycinet National Park is a must see during your stay. Join an informative guide on a walk to the lookout over Wineglass Bay. Learn about the Peninsula's rich history and acquaint yourself with one of the world's most famous beaches on a two-hour walking adventure. Alternatively, join a guide for an easy two-hour tour, which combines two of the popular shorter walks of the Freycinet Peninsula; the first walk around the Cape Tourville lighthouse, with stunning views of the Tasman and the second walk to Sleepy Bay, where you will descend gently graded steps to the rocky shoreline.
Wine and Vine Adventures: A wine lover's delight! At the local Freycinet Winery, you will learn the art of winemaking and indulge in some fine Tasmanian fare - and some wine tastings of course!
Pelican Bay canoeing and bird-watching: Unwind and absorb the breathtaking beauty of the Swanport estuary on this guided canoeing adventure at the mouth of the internationally significant Moulting Lagoon wetland. Observe the flocks of pelicans and gaze into the crystal clear waters teeming with marine life.
For the Palate: Love your food? Watch, learn and participate as one of Palate's creative and delicious dishes is prepared from start to finish. This is an interactive, must-do activity for lovers of luxury dining. Meet in the Lounge for a mixology masterclass, where we will show you how to muddle, stir and shake up your favorite classic cocktails, as well as share some Saffire exclusive innovations.
For the Active: Venture out on mountain bikes on a specially devised interpretive route, or for those wanting a longer and more technical adventure, book a guide for the much more rugged track from Cape Tourville. Perhaps paddle in the calm and tranquil waters of Muirs Beach wetland, located directly in front of Saffire Freycinet. Sit-on-top kayaks are available to paddle at your leisure behind the windswept sand dunes amongst coastal bush-land. Or you may like to go fishing off the rocky shoreline in front of Saffire. Flathead, flounder, calamari squid and Australian salmon can be caught in Great Oyster Bay. Four fishing rods are available.

Day 9 – Travel to Melbourne
Your driver will meet you near the front lobby area of your accommodation. You will be transferred by private vehicle from Saffire Freycinet to Hobart Airport where you will travel to Melbourne. A private vehicle will meet you on arrival and transfer you to your accommodation.

Day 10 – Lanes and Arcades Walking Tour
Join this indulgent morning walk through Melbourne’s beautiful back streets, and become orientated in the life of the city that locals love. Discover local designer and specialty retailers that often are only found in the city. Some of the quirkiest cafes, independent designers, street art, architecture, and historical tales are found in these walkways, there is something for everyone, locals and visitors alike. Morning tea is included as well as lunch with a glass of wine.

Day 11 – Yarra Valley Wine Explorer
Wine touring at its very best. Outstanding scenery with wines to match and only an hour from Melbourne CBD. Your driver/guide is friendly and a knowledgeable wine expert that helps guarantee a superb day in the Yarra Valley. The itinerary outlined can be adjusted to suit your special requirements (additional arrangements at additional cost). Head from the city to the Yarra Valley, and start the senses going at French Champagne company Moet & Chandon's Australian production house Domain Chandon. Your guide will take you for a fascinating walk through the winery explaining the nuance of Sparkling Wine Production, then enjoy a relaxing glass of Australia's best bubbly with a view that you will not wish to surrender. From there, head to Soumah, a location that delivers with spectacular undulating topography, ancient soils and well tendered vines. A hidden gem, enjoy wine tasting and then a one course lunch with a glass of wine and tea or coffee.

Day 12 – Melbourne at Leisure
Melbourne is Australia's second largest city (after Sydney), but it is second to none when it comes to fashion, festivals and sport. Set around the shores of Port Phillip Bay, the city itself is laid out in a large rectangle. She boasts a lively, cosmopolitan pulse, sitting on the northern banks of the Yarra River, about three miles from the bay. Visitors come for its shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Residents stay for its cultural diversity, passion for the arts and enviable sports calendar. Melbourne is renowned for playing host to a number of nationally- and internationally-recognized events each year, including the Australian Open Tennis Grand Slam, the Australian Formula 1 Grand Prix and the ever-impressive two-mile horse race, The Melbourne Cup. This is a major event that spreads an addictive buzz through the city streets. You can be sure that locals and visitors alike will embrace the energy surrounding it.
Explore the famous lane-ways and arcades of the city, catch a tram to trendy Southgate, rub shoulders with locals at the Queen Victoria Market or take in a show at the ornate Princess Theatre. Melbourne's City Circle Tram is a free and convenient way to see central Melbourne and the Docklands. To catch the City Circle Tram, simply wait at any tram stop specially marked with a City Circle sign. Trams operate in both directions every 12 minutes between 10am and 6pm from Sunday to Wednesday, and between 10am and 9pm every Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Trams do not run on Christmas Day or Good Friday.
