The hotel offers 35 guestrooms, spa cottages and a 2 bedroom cottage. All rooms are 4-star rated and include timber cathedral ceilings and private balcony with great views over the Wine Country. Guestrooms are single story and include timber ceilings, LCD flat-screen television and DVD player, hair dryers, reverse-cycle air conditioners, tea/coffee makers, desk, clock radios, and private patios with views.

Winery Tour
Nowhere in the Hunter can you try so many wines - under the one roof. An exclusive range of premium wines from small Hunter Valley winemakers - including Andrew Thomas, David Hook, Andrew Margan, Ian Little, Polin & Polin, Stormy Ridge, San Martino, Wombat Crossing, Crisford Family, Gartelmann & Macquariedale Estate. Just to mention a few. Vineyard inspection, tutorial and tasting are included.

Hunter Valley Wine Theatre
Daily at 10:00am & 3:30pm. A short 15 minute visual presentation on the history of the Hunter, grape growing, harvesting, right through to the making of wine. Then, the Cellarmaster will take you through a structured wine tasting of the Hunter's best wines.

Cooking School
Come along to our purpose-built cooking school kitchen and library and get your hands dirty preparing delicious dishes using the freshest local produce. You'll have a three-course lunch or dinner, take home your recipes and have an amazing time in the process!

Segways
This amazing adventure is traveling along an old 1880s stock route. No cars!!! Here you will encounter scores of kangaroos, awesome views of the Brokenback Ranges, and even the odd wombat. The tour also ventures through the resort’s vineyard on the way home… which is the icing on the cake. So make sure you bring your camera, it’s an experience not to be missed! This Segway tour will guarantee to put the WOW into your day and a smile on your face.

Horseback Riding
One-hour Rides are available on the hour between 8am and 5pm. Trail rides suit the timid beginner through to the seasoned rider. Half-hour, one and two-hour rides are also available. There are several carriages to suit many applications including Weddings, Corporate Events, Wine Tours, Romantic Charters, and much more
