Looking out over a four-acre working vineyard, the estate is the Hunter’s finest example of seclusion and privacy in a luxury setting. With just 12 suites and a private four bedroom house, the estate gives guests the luxury of time and space with the high level of effortless service Spicers is known for.

Gloriously reminiscent of the French countryside, the architecture is enchanting; the atmosphere refined; the mood relaxed. Exquisite gardens and shaded courtyards provide quiet sanctuary, while the light-filled lounge and dining rooms bring people together to enjoy fine food, wine and conversation.

With 12 luxuriously appointed suites, Spicers Vineyards Estate is perfect for small groups or private getaways. In the guest suites, luxurious, tranquil textures and furnishings create a sea of calm, with the soft colour palette reflecting the hues of the surrounding vineyards

All five ground floor King Spa Rooms feature French doors opening onto a large veranda, while three first floor rooms boast sweeping vineyard and mountain views. The four Luxury Spa Suites feature separate living areas with bluestone fireplaces and the option of a private courtyard or balcony with stunning views. All rooms and suites are very generously proportioned and feature open fireplaces.

Vineyards House is a four bedroom house located separate to the main building, and features a spacious lounge with fireplace, full kitchen and dining area, and private pool.

Modern Australian yet regionally distinctive in style, the onsite restaurant, Botanica, is focused on seasonality and freshness, complemented by an award winning wine list.

Its heartfelt take on simple, robust French Bistro and modern Australian cuisines, with a hint of English complexion, results in a menu that is at once familiar and rewarding. A thematic of rustic home cooking is felt throughout.

The restaurant overlooks the on-site vineyard with stunning views of the mountain range beyond.
