A chef-led Kitchen Garden Tour runs Thursday to Saturday mornings at 10am allowing you to explore Australia’s largest kitchen garden, tasting rare varieties of produce, and learning about sustainable and organic practices from the kitchen team before your evenings dining.
At 3.30pm on Wednesday to Saturday a wine tasting is hosted among the hotels revered collection, discover the Royal Mail Hotel’s internationally award-winning cellar with a sommelier-led comparative tasting.
And for those interested in the hotels extensive conservation efforts a native wildlife feeding tour hosted on select days at 4.30pm allows you to get acquainted with the Biodiversity Reserve locals, joining the conservation team at feeding time to encounter native and endemic species, including Eastern Quolls, Fat Tailed Dunnarts, and more.
All tours are at an additional cost and need to be pre-booked the evening prior at reception.
