The Villas
Discover refined living in the Flockhill Villas, positioned on the perimeter of this pristine property. With three layouts to choose from, each Villa provides lavish amenities and breathtaking views of the surrounding High Country landscape. There are seven Villa complexes comprising fourteen Private Suites. Each Villa has two king rooms adjoined by a sumptuous lounge, enabling family or friend groups to holiday together. Reserve a Junior Suite, Deluxe Suite, or the entire Villa and enjoy relaxed luxury in your alpine escape.

Flockhill Experiences provide an introduction to the lodge, the working farm, and the land that is loved. From mustering sheep with the shepherds and dogs, to morning tea down by Lake Pearson, Flockhill offers daily experiences all guests are welcome to join.

The Farm Tour
Your luxury farm stay includes the Farm Tour, a captivating 2-hour journey deep into the heart of Flockhill Station. Both informative and interactive, this tour will introduce you to the station’s history, life on the farm today, and a taste of Flockhill's extensive biodiversity plan to protect the native flora and fauna. Learn the intricacies of sheep herding, from deciphering the shepherd's commands and whistles to witnessing the incredible teamwork between humans and dogs.

The Night Sky – Homestead Exclusive
Each day, the sun sets behind the mountains and you will see the stars brighten. View the Milky Way, its neighboring galaxies, and the Southern Cross with its associated constellations. Homestead guests can enjoy luxurious comfort with a fire pit, hot beverages, an open bar, and relaxed outdoor furniture while discovering star clusters, moons, and distant galaxies using the provided telescope.

Curated Activities 
These add-on adventures, including horse riding, rock climbing, guided hikes, biking, ATV tours and more, give you the chance to embrace the wilderness of the Canterbury region and the Southern Alps.
