Villas
The epitome of privacy, luxury and space, each of our twenty-one exclusive Villas include their own private pool, tropical walled garden, ocean view and direct beach access. Open plan living at its finest, our villas feature a large living area and kitchenette with air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, coupled with a master bedroom with walk in closet, rain shower, a deep soaking bathtub and outdoor shower. One Bedroom Sunrise Villa
Offering unrivalled ocean views, Kokomo’s One Bedroom Sunset Villas are perfectly positioned, balancing privacy and seclusion, within walking distance of the resort’s main restaurants. Ideal for couples and small families, each villa features a generous living area, private infinity pool and spacious sun deck.
Spend your day, alternating between the turquoise waters of Kokomo’s west beach, and the seclusion of your private pool. As the sun begins to set, retreat to your hammock overlooking the ocean, or take in the views from your deep soaking bathtub.

Two Bedroom Sunrise Villa
Kokomo’s Two Bedroom Sunrise Villas are scattered sparingly along the island’s east beach, offering the perfect retreat for families travelling with teenage children or two couples travelling together. Their unique design, offers two freestanding villas connected by a spacious sun deck, private infinity pool and lush tropical garden.
Embracing traditional Fijian nuances and open plan living, each villa features a spacious bedroom with private ensuite and secluded courtyard. Bursts of colour adorn the walls of the master bedroom, with Chris Kenyon artworks bringing the villa to life.

Watch your children learn to water-ski or wake-board from the deck of your sunset villa, before joining them for an afternoon on our sea trampoline. As the sun begins to set, rinse off with an outdoor shower, before enjoying the sunset from the comfort of your sun lounger.

Three Bedroom Residence - Namara
Be whisked away to your private hilltop residence, from the moment you arrive in paradise. Your butler will transfer you from Beach Shack to Namara by private golf buggy, yours for the remainder of your stay.
Tucked away on the west side of the island, be spoilt by uninterrupted views of the horizon. A home away from home, this Three Bedroom Residence epitomises open plan living with modern creature comforts, a 24-hour butler and dedicated nanny service for our families.

Four Bedroom Residence - Ocean
Perfectly positioned, on the northeast corner of the island, Ocean offers picturesque views of the surrounding ocean. You’ll be in awe from the moment you enter this exclusive four bedroom residence. Greeted by a spacious hallway, dotted with one-of-a-kind Chris Kenyon artworks, you will enter an expansive open plan living room filled with natural sunlight, pouring in through the residence’s floor to ceiling windows.
Featuring three separate living areas, perfect for relaxation, Ocean has been designed with intergenerational travellers in mind. The media room offers a quiet space to unwind, complete with plush lounges, television and direct balcony access, whilst the living room is an entertaining haven, with open plan kitchen, dining table and separate butler’s pantry for behind the scenes preparation.
Upstairs, your guests will have the choice of three spacious bedrooms with ensuites and private balconies, while downstairs is a private retreat, with a games room and fourth bedroom suitable for two guests.

Four Bedroom Residence - Dravuni

For larger groups, the downstairs lounge can act as a games room, or can be repurposed as an additional bedroom, perfect for teenagers seeking space. With access via a private porch, this private space can also accommodate a live-in nanny or butler for the duration of your stay.

Six Bedroom Residence - Sunset
Spread over two levels, this premier residence showcases meticulous design work, stirring panoramic views and sprawling living spaces. Named for the residence’s westerly aspect, Sunset is perfectly positioned in the centre of the resort, with a sweeping deck and impressive infinity pool.
From the moment you open the door to Sunset, you’ll be captivated by unrivalled ocean views and floor to ceiling windows. Equipped with an open plan kitchen, dining table and separate butler’s pantry, Sunset offers endless opportunities for in-villa dining and entertaining.
You’ll also be spoiled for choice when it comes to relaxation. Socialise in Sunset’s main living room (adjacent to the dining room), unwind together in the family lounge, or independently explore the residence. The downstairs rumpus room and outdoor spaces are equally impressive. The pool deck is complete with sunbeds, a lounge area, inbuilt BBQ and private infinity pool.
Perfect for multigenerational families, Sunset’s master bedroom is located on the exclusive upper level of the residence, with the remaining guest bedrooms available on the lower level. Each bedroom features an accompanying private ensuite.
